Job Opening at DOJ

Hurry! This job opening closes on Friday, though it couldn't have come at a worse time.

With Judge James Robertson calling a Cobell historical accounting is impossible and refusing to remand 37 tribal trust fund lawsuits, whoever takes the following job will have his or her hands full. From the attorney vacancy announcement: .

'The attorney selected will for a limited duration work primarily on litigation involving the defense of the United States against claims that it has breached its trust responsibilities to Native American tribes with regard to trust funds and trust natural resources."

Applications must be received by February 1, 2008, but we have a feeling U.S. Attorney General Michael B. Mukasey will be willing to accept resumes well past the deadline. Good luck!
