The Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians is scaling back plans for a casino expansion after being denied a state license for more slot machines.
In response, the expansion will be about one-fourth the size originally envisioned.
The casino manager said the tribe wanted to increase the number of slot machines from 773 to 1,150.
