The Cabazon Band of Mission Indians debuted the $200 million expansion of its casino resort with a VIP invitation-only reception on Thursday.
The tribe added a 12-story hotel and 100,000-square-foot special events center to the facility. Future plans include a shopping center, a second hotel and a golf course.
Several tribes in southern California have expanded their casinos or are making plans to do so.
