The new governor of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma suspended top managers of the tribe's casino.
General manager Gary Green, assistant general manager Frank Haas and a third supervisor not identified were suspended by Gov. Larry Nuckolls. The suspensions came after the tribal council restored oversight of gaming to Nuckolls, who was elected June 18.
Nuckolls has since launched a criminal investigation into Green, who helped Nuckolls' opponents in the election.
