The Ohio Division of Securities has issued a cease-and-desist against two groups backing the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.
The National Capital I Inc and A Piece of the Action LLC face a hearing within 30 days on securities fraud and related securities charges. The two companies have raised a total of $1.675 million for the Shawnee tribe's proposed casino in Ohio.
