The House Resources Committee is holding a hearing today on the second draft of Rep. Richard Pombo's off-reservation gaming bill.

Pombo, the chairman of the committee and a Republican from California, wants to limit off-reservation gaming. His proposal would prevent tribes from moving across state lines and require additional levels of state and local approval. It would allow tribes to host other tribal casino on their land, however.

The hearing takes place at 10am in 1324 Longworth House Office Building. A live audio feed can be accessed at http://resourcescommittee.house.gov.
