Choctaw Nation says games not luring customers

The Choctaw Nation reported less than expected revenues at its racetrack/casino, saying customers don't like the electronic games in play.

The Blue Ribbon Downs grossed $200,052 in its first 15 days of operation, The Oklahoman reported. This translates to $53 per day on each of the 250 machines at the facility.

But the state needs the machines to make $275 per day in order to meet projections.

Janie Dillard, the tribe's gaming director, said customers come to the track and play the games but don't like them. She said they are asking for games that are only certified for use in tribal casinos.
