The Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan opened a health clinic for employees of the FireKeepers Casino. The 766 square-foot facility is located in the back of the casino. A nurse practitioner will be on duty 40 hours a week and a physician will be available if needed. "Health is first and foremost to natives," said human resources director Peggy Houston at the dedication ceremony, The Battle Creek Enquirer reported.
