A New Mexico man is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear his lawsuit over a $1.6 million "jackpot" at the Sandia Pueblo casino. Gary Hoffman, a non-Indian, claims he won the money on a slot machine at Sandia Resort & Casino in August 2006. But the tribe said the machine malfunctioned and offered him a $400 payout. Hoffman filed a lawsuit in state court but it was dismissed on the grounds of sovereign immunity. "The Supreme Court may take a look at this and say, 'You know what?
