The Mooretown Rancheria of California is undertaking an $8 million expansion of the Feather Falls Casino.
The tribe began work in April. The project includes a renovation of the gaming area, a new parking garage and a new restaurant with its own brewery.
"We're remaking ourselves," chief executive officer Randy Carter told The Chico Enterprise Record.
The Feather Falls Brewing Co will feature a stage for entertainment as well as indoor and outdoor seating.
