More than 2000 file online applications for Gun Lake casino jobs

The Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Potawatomi Indians of Michigan, also known as the Gun Lake Tribe, is seeing a lot of interest in employment at its forthcoming casino. More than 2,000 people have filed applications online for jobs at the Gun Lake Casino. The tribe has 700 spots open.

"We feel good about offering those job positions here in West Michigan," spokesperson James Nye told The Grand Rapids Press.

The facility is scheduled to open in February 2011.
