School board concerned about location of Kialegee casino

The school board in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is worried about the construction of a school near the site of the Kialegee Tribal Town's proposed casino.

The board voted to build the elementary school and pre-kindergarten center after learning about the Red Clay Casino. Officials are now considering a new location for the facility.

The tribe is building the casino on a restricted allotment. The National Indian Gaming Commission said it hasn't ruled on the legality of the site.
