Members of the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Indians in California receive about $13,000 a month in gaming revenues, The Riverside Press-Enterprise reports.

The figure came from a court case involving a tribal member whose per capita payment was illegally diverted. A man pleaded guilty to identity theft for the crime.

The per capita payment appears to have fallen in recent years. In 2006, tribal members received $250,000 a year, or nearly 38 percent higher.
