NIGC chairwoman announces chief of staff, training manager

Chairwoman Tracie Stevens of the National Indian Gaming Commission announced two additions to her staff.

Christinia Thomas, a member of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, is serving as chief of staff. She comes to NIGC from her tribe's gaming regulatory authority.

“Christinia will be a tremendous asset to our team and I am thrilled to have her here at the NIGC,” Stevens said in a press release. “She brings a wealth of experience and a great breadth of knowledge on Indian gaming.”

Stevens also announced Randall Conrad as the training manager at NIGC. He most recently worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

“Randy brings an extensive combination of education and training experience that spans more than 20 years,” Stevens said in a press release. “He has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to implement a successful training program. We are pleased Randy has joined our team.”
