Officer in Oregon's tribal gaming section suspended without pay

A detective within the Oregon State Police's tribal gaming section has been suspended without pay.

Richard Narvaez, 50, was on duty when he was arrested on charges of patronizing a prostitute and public indecency. The incident occurred in Portland.

The Tribal Gaming Section serves as a regulatory unit pursuant to Class III gaming compacts.
