Muscogee Nation hosts opening for $2.8M casino renovation

The Muscogee Nation of Oklahoma will debut a $2.8 million renovation at one if its casinos next week.

The tribe started work on the 10,000-square-foot Duck Creek Casino in January. The renovation includes a new dining area and an additional 1,500 square-feet of gaming space.

“Our patrons and citizens of the tribe will be astounded by the indoor decor of the LED lighting and custom murals throughout the gaming floor,” general manager Ernie Tiger said in a press release. “The new Duck Creek look has a big time feel set in a comfortable atmosphere.”

Chief George Tiger will host tribal, state and local dignitaries for the ribbon cutting next Wednesday, May 15, at 1pm.
