Still no charges in Forest County Potawatomi casino shooting

Authorities in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, continue to investigate a shooting at the casino owned by the Forest County Potawatomi Tribe.

Two people were injured by gunfire at the Potawatomi Bingo Casino on June 16. Gregory Harmon Jr. was arrested but he hasn't been charged for the actual shooting.

"If he had a gun or brandished a gun it would be on video,” Harmon's attorney, Robert D’Arruda, told WTMJ-TV.

Authorities believe Harmon brought a gun and ammunition into the facility. He was released from jail for an unrelated theft charge.
