Jessie "Little Doe" Baird, the vice chairwoman of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe of Massachusetts, apologized for comments she made at a casino hearing last week.

The Navajo Nation opened its largest casino earlier this year but the facility appears to be having a tough time bringing in customers.
