Former chairman of Mohegan Tribe helps casino worker out

Bruce "Two Dogs" Bozsum, the former chairman of the Mohegan Tribe, works valet in an episode of Undercover Boss.

Bruce "Two Dogs" Bozsum, the former chairman of the Mohegan Tribe of Connecticut, gave $35,000 to a casino employee after he learned about her struggle on the CBS program Undercover Boss.

Bozsum was impressed by Melanie, a valet worker at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Pennsylvania. So when he found out her hours were being cut back and that she has a 5-year-old at home, he wanted to help.

"Melanie is a wonderful person," Bozsum says on the program. "I understand what is going on in her life. I had three children back when I didn't have a life. Melanie's got opportunities here. She's a great employee. I want to help her in any way I can."

Bozsum gave $10,000 for Melanie's education and medical bills, $10,000 for her dream wedding and another $15,000 for her daughter's college fund. She'll now be able to work full-time at the casino and become eligible for health care and other benefits.
