Siletz Tribes share $78K in gaming revenues with community

The Confederate Tribes of Siletz Indians shared about $78,000 in gaming funds with charities in Oregon.

The Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund awarded grants to 36 organizations. Funds are distributed every quarter.

Since 2011, the tribe's fund has shared more than $8.4 million with the community. The Chinook Winds Casino Resort itself has also donated $2.3 million in cash and other items since 1995.
