The developers of a commercial casino project involving the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma have picked a new location in New York.

The Rensselaer Waterfront Development would be located in Rensselaer. Global Gaming Solutions, a tribal subsidiary, would run the casino for the partnership.

The prior site, in Albany, was dropped because it was not financially viable, the developers said.
