Three top gaming executives for the Osage Nation of Oklahoma are being investigated for potential violations of tribal law, The Tulsa World reports.

The Osage Nation Gaming Commission suspended the licenses of interim Chief Executive Officer Joseph Olujic, Chief Financial Officer Richard Lobdell and executive chef Jesus Lorenzo. Without licenses, the executives won't be able to carry out their duties.

"The commission’s action to suspend the gaming licenses is the result of an on-going investigation into alleged wrongdoing and gaming violations," the agency said in a statement to The Tulsa World. "The suspensions are in accordance with policy and protocol for ongoing investigations of gaming act violations."

The tribe operates seven gaming facilities.
