Employee charged for stealing more than $130K at CRIT casino

An Arizona man is facing federal charges for allegedly stealing more than $130,000 from the casino owned by the Colorado River Indian Tribes.

Vladimir Quintana, 25, is an employee at the Blue Water Resort Casino. Federal authorities say he robbed his workplace at gunpoint on November 27 and fled with a bag of cash, which was found at a nearby RV park, The Havasu News-Herald reported.

Quintana is charged with three counts of assault with a weapon and one count of armed robbery.
