Alabama newspaper calls on Attorney General Luther Strange to drop his lawsuit that questions the gaming operation of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians:

The answer should be no more.

Through long and protracted battles with Milton McGregor and Victoryland and others, as well as this battle with the Poarch Creek Indians, our state has spent millions, going from court to court desperately looking for a win.

American Indians have operated legal casinos on tribal land for years and the federal government has come up with a way to handle that.
