A Florida woman who was arrested at a casino owned by the Seminole Tribe claims she is a victim of police brutality.

Bianca Davis Bentley says officers at the Seminole Classic Casino roughed her up and used a Taser on her for no reason. Her 13-year-old daughter also claims she was assaulted when she tried to help her mother.

"They slammed me to the ground and they put me in cuffs. Someone hit me in the face. And they threw me on top of the car," the girl told Local 10.

A spokesperson for the tribe, however, said video of the arrest last week proves the family otherwise. Bentley is facing child neglect charges for allegedly leaving four children alone in a car in the casino parking lot.

"The Seminole police officers who responded showed restraint and even politeness in their efforts to gain control of the situation when members of the family were clearly out of control," spokesperson Gary Bitner told Local 10.
