The Otoe-Missouria Tribe broke ground on a new gaming facility in Perry, Oklahoma.

The 7 Clans Perry Casino is expected to open in the spring of 2016. The 4,500 square-foot facility will feature more than 100 slot machines, table games, a smoke shop,a cafe and a bar, The Enid News reported.

“We feel really good about this cooperative relationship with the city of Perry,” Chairman John Shotton told the paper.

The tribe has agreed to pay $250,000 up front to the city and $30,000 a year. The payments will cover municipal services to the new casino.

The gaming portion of the facility will be located on a small parcel of trust land within city limits. The tribe has purchased additional lots that will be used for parking. Those parcels are not in trust.

The tribe operates four other gaming facilities in the area.
