The Navajo Nation is moving forward with a massive development next to its flagship casino in Arizona.

The first phase of The Outlook at Glittering Mountain is a 50,000 square-foot entertainment center, Lake Powell News reported. The tribe will spend $14 million on the project after winning approval from Coconino County to develop the land.

The 70-acre property lies adjacent to the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaff. The land, however, isn't in trust so the tribe entered into an agreement with the county.

Future phases of the project include office space, retail shops, an outlet mall, housing, a hotel, a gas station and more entertainment options.
