The Eastern Shoshone Tribe hopes a $30 million expansion project will bring more visitors to the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming.

The Shoshone Rose Casino in Lander is more floor space, an outdoor patio, conference rooms, a swimming pool and a coffee bar. But the biggest addition is a three-story hotel with 61 rooms.

“By having our hotel in particular which will allow us to take more advantage of nice markets like Casper and Rock Springs, even Salt Lake City is going to bring more people into Lander," general manager Bob Pokorney told KWCY.

The tribe expects to finish work this summer.
