The Oneida Nation has the right to see documents regarding a rival commercial casino, a judge in New York ruled this week.

The decision came in one of the tribe's two lawsuits against the New York Gaming Commission. According to the Associated Press, Justice Vincent Reilly ordered the release of statistical and factual data regarding the proposed $425 million Del Lago Resort and Casino.

The Lago casino would be located Tyre right on the edge of the tribe's exclusivity zone. It's about 76 miles from the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona and about 63 miles from the new Yellow Brick Road Casino in Chittenango.

The tribe's other lawsuit challenges the commission's decision to award the license to the casino developer. A decision has not been rendered.
