Peltier asks Congress to complete investigation

Imprisoned American Indian Movement activist Leonard Peltier wants Congress to complete an investigation into alleged corruption within the CIA and FBI that may have affected his case.

Peltier's lawyer says the FBI framed the 59-year-old Sioux/Ojibwe man who is serving two consecutive life terms for the murders of two FBI agents.

Peltier has sought parole from federal prison but has been repeatedly denied. Attempts to reopen his case through the courts have failed.
