Klamath Basin tribes to make return trip to Scotland

Members of four tribes in the Klamath Basin of California and Oregon will return to Scotland this month to make their case for salmon preservation.
The Yurok, Hoopa, Karuk and Klamath tribes have treaty rights in the basin. They want the parent company of the PacifiCorp utility to ensure salmon can cross the utility's dams.
The tribes went to Scotland last year on a similar mission. They are joined by fishermen and conservationists.
