Man claims Indian heritage blocks county action

A Florida man says county authorities can't tell him to clean up his yard because he is Native American.
Robert Sumner says he is Turtle Mountain Chippewa. He is threatening to sue officials in Charlotte County if they come on his land.
"I have drawn a line in the sand," Sumner said, The Charlotte Sun-Herald. "Stay out of my private affairs."
The county says Sumner's property looks like a junk yard.
