Men sentenced to life in prison for kidnap, rape

Two men were sentenced to life in prison for kidnapping two women and raping them on the Crow and Northern Cheyenne reservations.

Patrick Doyle, 21, and Daniel Curtis Bigman, 20, pleaded guilty to two counts of kidnapping and four counts of aggravated sexual abuse. They admitted to kidnapping the women from Billings and taking them to the reservations, where the women were raped.

Doyle and Bigman were charged in federal court because they are Indian and the crimes occurred in Indian Country. The race of the two women was not reported.
