Investigation of Native teen safe house sought

The opposition Saskatchewan Party says the province should investigated alleged problems at a Native teen safe house in Regina.
The party says the provincial auditor and the children's advocate should look into claims that safety rules weren't followed. A former worker said teen girls, who worked as street prostitutes, were being driven to the homes of gang members by the staff. CBC News also said there were financial problems at the Oyate Safe House.
The File Hills-Qu'appelle Tribal Council, which represents several First Nations in Saskatchewan, runs the safe house with $300,000 in provincial funding.
