The Blackfeet Nation of Montana shut down its tribal complex on Monday after receiving a threatening letter that contained some unknown substances.
The letter started with the words "Catch me if you can, please," and contained a white powder substance and a paste-like substance. Two employees who came into contact with it were examined by the Indian Health Service.
A hazardous materials team from Malmstrom Air Force Base is going to the reservation to assist tribal police and the FBI with an investigation. It is being treated as a criminal matter.
