Transfer agreement helps tribal college graduates
Thursday, March 22, 2007

A unique transfer agreement between the College of Menominee Nation and the University of Wisconsin helps tribal students continue their education.

The articulation agreement allows Menominee graduates to use some of their coursework at several UW campuses. After earning a two-year degree at CMN, the students can get their four-year degree at UW.

The two institutions began discussing the idea about four years ago. They finalized an agreement in hopes of putting more Menominee students in the UW system.
