Tulalip Tribes choose site for heritage center

The Tulalip Tribes of Washington is moving forward with plans to build a cultural center.

The $10 million Hibulb Museum will be located on 35,000 square-foot plot of land that currently houses the tribal data services department. Final plans for the facility are still being drawn up.

The new data services building won't be ready until December but the tribe plans to start clearing ground for the museum within a month.
