Man charged with arson on Kickapoo Reservation

An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a fire on the Kickapoo Reservation in Kansas.

Lucas Thomas, 19, is suspected of starting a fire that caused more than $500,000 in damage. The March blaze destroyed a barn and farm equipment owned by the tribe.

Thomas is being held in county jail.
