The Nez Perce Tribe of Idaho is looking for a man who shot a tribal member.
Winfield LaPrarie Jr. was walking along the highway last week when a man pulled over and demanded his backpack. When he refused, the man shot him in the left hand.
Tribal police are looking for any leads on a potential suspect.
