NCAI president to deliver Indian Nations speech

National Congress of American Indians President Joe Garcia will deliver the 6th annual State of Indian Nations speech on Thursday, January 31.
The speech takes place at the
National Press Club in Washington, D.C. It comes three days after President Bush's State of the Union.
NCAI will broadcast the event live on its website. In prior years, the speech has been carried on the C-SPAN cable network.
