Indian student weighs three Ivy League schools

Veronica Watters, a senior at the
Red Cloud Indian School on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, has been accepted to three Ivy League schools.
Watters said she was surprised she received offers from Yale University in Connecticut, Princeton University in New Jersey and Dartmouth University in New Hampshire. She also got accepted to Duke University in South Carolina.
"It was a shock, really," Watters told The Rapid City Journal.
Watters, who has a perfect grade-point average at Red Cloud, has to decide where to attend by Monday. She is leaning towards Yale or Princeton.
