Indian woman wins FBI award for Minnesota work
Suzanne Koepplinger, the executive director of the Minnesota Indian Women's Resource Center, has received the FBI Director's Community Leadership Award.

The award is given to people who make outstanding contributions toward crime prevention, education and community awareness. Koepplinger was selected for her efforts to promote awareness of domestic violence, trafficking and other issues affecting Indian women.

Koepplinger is Mohawk from Canada.
