BIA school teacher accused of molesting student
A teacher at a Bureau of Indian Affairs school on the Navajo Nation has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor under the age of 13.

Marcelito Creer taught at the Choosgai Community School in Tohatchi, New Mexico. He allegedly molested the 8-year-old male student at an overnight party for children in the community in May.

The boy reported the incident to his family, which then held some sort of meeting at which Creer allegedly admitted the abuse, The Gallup Independent reported. Creer, the victim and the victim's family emigrated from the Philippines.

The Bad Teacher Blog said Creer was subject of a "misconduct" incident in 2004.
