Teams compete in Lori Piestewa tournament
The sixth annual Lori Piestewa National Native American Games were held in Arizona over the weekend.

The tournament drew 2,000 players, an organizer said, beating last year's record of 1,910. Teams from all parts of Indian Country competed in baseball, basketball, track and field and other sports.

The games are named in honor of Lori Piestewa, a Hopi woman who was killed in Iraq in March 2003.
