Cherokee Nation partners with Oklahoma State
The Cherokee Nation signed a partnership with Oklahoma State University to offer a distance-learning program.

Tribal employees will be able to earn a master's degree in hospitality administration. Five employees are already enrolled in the program.

The partnership is a first for OSU. "This partnership is another example of a state, tribal and business collaboration that is very effective in providing real solutions to tough challenges that are facing Oklahoma," David Stewart, CEO of Cherokee Nation Enterprises, was quoted as saying.
