A member of the Nez Perce Tribe of Idaho filed a lawsuit against a Jesuit order, claiming she was raped by a priest when she was 7 years old.
Kim "Mia" Sonneck, 41, filed suit in state court in Idaho. She said she repressed memories of the incident until last year.
The lawsuit names the Rev. A.J. Ferreti, who served an area that included the reservation. He died in 1982, according to the Society of Jesus.
