Oglala Sioux Tribe finalizing election results
The Oglala Sioux Tribe of South Dakota is finalizing its Tuesday general election results and it looks like Theresa Two Bulls won the race for president.

Two Bulls faced actor/activist Russell Means for the post. Unofficial results showed her with a big enough lead to sustain any challenges.

If the results hold up, Two Bulls will be the second woman to lead the tribe. Former president Cecelia Fire Thunder was removed from office after being elected in 2004.

Two Bulls was also running for re-election to the state Senate but lost to Republican Jim Bradford, who lives on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
