Grand Traverse Band election results in dispute
Derek Bailey, the recently elected chairman of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, still doesn't know whether he will be able to lead the Michigan tribe.

Bailey was elected in September after a second vote was held. He defeated incumbent Robert Kewaygoshkum but the results are being challenged in tribal court.

Bailey, 35, is the youngest person elected as chairman.
