The top two leaders of the Santa Ysabel Band of Mission Indians will appear in Inter-Tribal Court today to discuss their ongoing feud.
Chairman Johnny Hernandez is trying to remove vice chairwoman Brandie Taylor from her post. He is accusing her of "blatant insubordination," The North County Times reported.
Taylor says Hernandez lacks the power to remove her. She wants the tribal court to stop Hernandez from taking action and is asking for $10,000 in punitive damages
