Judge rules against Cayuga Nation tobacco sales
A judge in New York ordered the Cayuga Nation to stop selling tax-free cigarettes at its smokeshops.

The judge also said county authorities can hold onto 17,600 cartons of cigarettes seized from the smokeshops. The tribe had sought the return of its property.

The tribe will appeal the decision, a lawyer said.
